What You'll Do
As a Service Plumber, you'll be the trusted expert homeowners rely on to keep their plumbing systems operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
- Install, maintain, and service plumbing systems and fixtures
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes
- Respond promptly to service and emergency repair calls
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow industry regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate repair recommendations clearly
- Accurately document work performed using ServiceTitan software
- Represent Springer Plumbing with professionalism at every customer interaction
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Current Washington State PL01, PL02, or PL04 License
- Minimum of 2 years of Service Plumbing experience
- Strong residential plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- ServiceTitan Experience
- Excavator Experience / Certification (Preferred, not required)
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (THC excluded)
